Hello Friends, I am very happy to announce two retreats for next year are in the “Bucket List category! We have shifted our focus this year to the beautiful state and the Blue Ridge of Tennessee. This journey shall be a bit different. It will be 8 nights and 9 days enjoying a leisurely visit and a most beautiful and comfortable home in the Blue Ridge.
Wake each morning to sunrise painting the ridgelines gold, then step into adventures that will leave you breathless. Navigate cascading waterfalls that thunder into emerald pools, perfect for soul-stirring meditation or an invigorating plunge. Traverse mountain trails where every turn reveals panoramic vistas stretching to infinity—views so magnificent they’ll stop your heart and restart it with pure wonder. The mountains become your cathedral. Practice sunrise meditation on rocky outcroppings while eagles soar overhead. Find your center in quiet meadows carpeted with wildflowers, where the only sounds are rustling leaves and your own deepening breath. Evening brings stargazing sessions under skies so clear you’ll feel you can touch the Milky Way.
Nourish your body with farm-to-table cuisine featuring local mountain herbs and artisanal ingredients that taste like sunshine and earth. Gather around crackling fires sharing stories and laughter that echoes through the valleys.
Here, nature herself becomes your guide—offering breathtaking, ever-changing views that soften the mind and awaken the spirit. Each sunrise spills into and opens the day with a palette of glowing amber, coral, and gold. Each sunset sinks into a hush of violet, deep blue, and rose. These colors don’t just fill the sky—they expand something sacred within you.
This home is spacious enough to enjoy enhanced privacy and solitude with 3 decks, 2 hot tubs, media room. internet and incredible heart nourishing views! Also available is a beautiful community swimming pool and a picnic area.
There are 8 bedrooms and 7 baths
All Transfers are included if you fly into the Knoxville Airport. AIRFARE/other transportation to Tennessee is NOT included. If you choose to drive there is plenty of parking.
There are new activities and gentle hikes with beautiful waterfalls, alchemical medicine making, astrology discussions and updates, forest bathing and nature galore. We will visit sites of Cades Cove, the Morning Mists Village of Arts and Crafts and their community, Mingo Falls, the Gatlinburg town and trail and the Smoky Magic of the Laurel Falls Trail!
Spring wil be abounding and a check in at the Sugarlands Valley Nature Trail is a gentle experience packed with history, wildflowers and old homesteads.
Lazy meals with genuine mountain watering holes and delicious food will also bless our experiences. And there is more to be revealed!
We will limit this nature exploration to a total of 14 participants. There will be a few private room available with an extra small charge.
All breakfast foods will be included and self-serve (often someone is moved to fix an old-fashioned pancake breakfast!
